General

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes. We offer same-day and next-day appointments across San Diego County whenever the schedule allows. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day slot.

What areas do you serve?

All of San Diego County: the City of San Diego and communities including Del Mar, La Jolla, Eastlake, Encinitas, Carlsbad, La Mesa, El Cajon, Vista, Poway, Miramar, Mira Mesa, Oceanside, Escondido, Otay Ranch, Coronado, Chula Vista, San Marcos, Carmel Valley, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe and Rancho Bernardo.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are gentle on fabrics and safe for kids, pets and the environment.

How long does a typical job take?

Most homes take between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the size of the space and the condition of the carpet, upholstery or tile.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit cards and digital payments such as Venmo and Zelle.

Do you have promotions?

We run seasonal promotions across all our service areas. Ask about current carpet, upholstery and tile deals when you book, or check our deals page.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes. Many homes and businesses choose a quarterly or twice-a-year plan to keep carpets, tile and upholstery clean all year.

Carpet cleaning

How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?

Every 6 to 12 months, depending on foot traffic, pets and lifestyle. Regular cleaning extends the life of your carpet and improves indoor air quality.

How long does carpet take to dry?

Typically 3 to 6 hours, depending on humidity and ventilation. Open windows and run fans or the A/C for faster drying.

What is deep carpet cleaning?

Deep cleaning uses hot-water extraction to flush out embedded dirt, dust and bacteria from the carpet fibers — a far more thorough result than vacuuming or surface cleaning.

How much does carpet cleaning cost?

Room prices start at $49 per bedroom and $55 for a living room. Prices depend on room size and carpet condition — see our pricing page for the full list.

Upholstery cleaning

What furniture do you clean?

Sofas, loveseats, sectionals, recliners, accent and dining chairs, ottomans and mattresses, using professional tools and fabric-appropriate solutions.

Can every fabric be cleaned with water?

No. We check the manufacturer’s cleaning code and test the fabric first, then choose a low-moisture or water-based method that is safe for that specific material.

Tile & grout cleaning

What does tile and grout cleaning include?

Deep cleaning of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone floors, grout line restoration and optional sealing to help protect against future stains.

How often should tile and grout be deep cleaned?

Most homes and offices should schedule a deep tile and grout cleaning every 12 to 18 months, depending on traffic and maintenance habits.

What types of tile do you clean?

Ceramic, porcelain, travertine, marble and slate, using cleaning solutions suited to each type — stone never gets acidic cleaners.

Can you remove mold and mildew from grout?

Yes. High-pressure, high-heat cleaning removes mildew and grime from grout lines in showers, kitchens and bathrooms.

When can I walk on the floor again?

Usually within 30 to 60 minutes. Wait a few hours before putting rugs or furniture back.

Do you seal or recolor grout?

Yes. We offer grout sealing, and grout recoloring to restore a uniform appearance.

Stains & odors

Can you remove wine, coffee, grease and pet stains?

Yes. Each stain is treated individually with the right chemistry. Most stains can be removed; older or chemically altered stains can be permanent, and we will tell you before we start.

What causes odors in carpet and furniture?

Usually bacteria, mold, pet urine, smoke or food spills trapped deep in the fibers or the padding underneath.

Do you remove pet urine odor?

Yes. Enzyme-based treatments neutralize the source of the smell instead of masking it. Persistent odors sometimes need a second treatment.

Do you remove odors from cars and RVs?

Yes. We offer car, truck and RV interior odor removal using the same professional techniques.
