What a commercial visit includes

Commercial carpet is usually low-pile, glued-down or carpet tile, and it fails differently from residential carpet. Soil compacts into the traffic lanes and wicks back up if it is only rinsed at the surface. Our process is built for that.

• Walk-through and written quote. We measure the space, note fiber types, stains and problem zones, and agree on which rooms, furniture and floors are included.
• Dry soil removal and pre-treatment. Traffic lanes, entry mats zones and rolling-chair paths get a targeted pre-treatment to break down compacted soil.
• Hot-water extraction. Our truck-mounted units heat and extract from the curb, so no noisy machine sits in your office and hoses run only where needed.
• Zero-residue rinse. Nothing sticky stays in the carpet to attract new dirt, which is the main reason cheap cleanings look dirty again in a few weeks.
• Grooming and drying. Most commercial carpet dries in 3 to 6 hours, often less on low-pile. Evening cleans are usually dry by the morning shift.

The same visit can include office chairs, lobby sofas, restaurant booths and tile or grout in entries, restrooms and kitchens, so you coordinate one crew instead of three vendors.

One deep clean fixes the carpet you have today. A maintenance plan keeps it from sliding back. We recommend professional cleaning every 6 to 12 months for most carpet, but commercial traffic usually needs more: busy restaurants and clinics often do best on a monthly or quarterly schedule for entries and dining rooms, with a full-floor clean twice a year.
