Carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning for offices, restaurants, clinics, HOAs and property managers — scheduled around your hours.
Commercial carpet cleaning in Rancho Santa Fe looks different from anywhere else in the county. The business community is small and exclusive: real estate brokerages, wealth-management and design offices in the Village along Paseo Delicias, private golf and country clubs in The Covenant, Fairbanks Ranch and Santaluz, and the service buildings of large estates. Clients expect discretion and real care for high-value finishes such as wool, silk and natural stone. Imperial Carpet Cleaning is about 30 minutes from Point Loma. We clean with truck-mounted hot-water extraction, protect fine rugs and stone, and schedule around meetings, events and member activities, always quietly. Every job starts with a free walk-through and a written quote.
Offices in the Rancho Santa Fe Village are often in older, character-filled buildings, where carpet sits next to hardwood and natural stone and fine wool area rugs anchor reception and meeting rooms. Carpet here needs a thorough clean without putting the surrounding finishes at risk. We protect stone and wood during the job, test wool before cleaning it and choose a method that suits each fiber, so a single visit can cover wall-to-wall carpet, rugs and upholstered chairs without compromise.
Private clubs and clubhouses have dining rooms, lounges, card rooms, locker rooms and meeting spaces with carpet and upholstered furniture. Heavy use during tournaments, holidays and member events leaves spills, food oils and traffic lanes. We clean after events or during quiet hours, including booths, dining chairs and lounge seating, and we can scrub tile and grout in locker rooms and entries during the same appointment.
Real estate brokerages use us to prepare listings for photos and showings, sometimes very large properties where we plan the order of rooms with the agent. Equestrian dust from the area finds its way into everything, and big square footage means careful scheduling. Estate managers book us for staff quarters, guest houses and home offices, and associations in The Bridges, Cielo and Santaluz use us for clubhouses and common areas on a recurring plan. Most clubs prefer a deep clean before the busy holiday and tournament calendar and a second one after it, with dining-room booths and lounge seating done on the same visits.

We have used Imperial Carpet Care service several times throughout the years and they did a great job this time as always. The communication was easy and the service team was very professional. They helped removed some pet and coffee stains that have been there for a couple of years too. Highly recommend and would definitely hire again!

They were able to fit me in quickly for an estimate, gave me a very fair price, and then scheduled the cleaning soon after in a way that worked perfectly with my schedule. They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. We had a smaller space so they only took about thirty minutes which was perfect for us because we had to get to work. We are pleased with the outcome.

Yes. We clean dining-room carpet, lounge seating, booths and meeting rooms, usually after events or during quiet hours so members are not disturbed. We can scrub tile in locker rooms and entries in the same visit. Everything is agreed in writing after a free walk-through of the club.
We do. We test wool before cleaning, use a method that suits the fiber and protect natural stone and hardwood during the job. Wall-to-wall carpet, rugs and upholstered chairs can all be handled together, and the quote lists every surface included so there is no confusion.
Yes. Brokerages use us to clean carpet, rugs and upholstery before photos and showings. For large estates we plan the order of rooms and the timing with the agent and the photographer. We can work with lockbox access or coordinate with estate staff on the day.
We work quietly and respectfully, follow the access rules of each property and coordinate directly with estate managers. We clean staff quarters, guest houses and home offices on a schedule that suits the household, and we keep the truck and hoses out of the way of daily routines.
