Carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning for offices, restaurants, clinics, HOAs and property managers — scheduled around your hours.
Commercial carpet cleaning in Rancho Bernardo serves a mix of large office parks and established community buildings. Offices along West Bernardo Drive, Rancho Bernardo Road and Bernardo Center Drive hold technology and professional firms, while 55+ communities such as Oaks North and Seven Oaks run clubhouses, activity rooms and libraries. Medical offices serve a large retired population, and golf-course condos share hallways and entries. Imperial Carpet Cleaning is about 30 minutes from Point Loma. We clean with truck-mounted hot-water extraction, low-odor solutions suited to allergy-sensitive people and schedules that fit both offices and community calendars. Chairs, lobby furniture and tile can be added, and every job starts with a free on-site estimate and written quote.
Rancho Bernardo's office parks were built mostly in the 1980s and 1990s and have been refreshed over time, but many still have large carpeted areas: cubicle floors, conference rooms, training rooms and lobbies. Facility managers want quiet evening or weekend cleaning, with task chairs and lobby seating included. We restore traffic lanes, clean rolling-chair paths and deal with coffee and food spills around break rooms. For large floors we plan the order of work so the areas your staff need first are dry first.
The 55+ communities are a special part of our Rancho Bernardo work. Clubhouses, card rooms, libraries and activity rooms see daily use, and many residents are allergy-sensitive. Dry inland air carries dust and pollen that settle into carpet and upholstered chairs. We use non-toxic, low-odor solutions and a zero-residue rinse, and we can clean upholstered chairs and sofas in the same visit. Activity schedules come first, so we clean in off hours and keep walkways clear for residents with walkers or canes.
Medical, dental and therapy offices need waiting rooms and hallways cleaned regularly, and their waiting-room chairs see a lot of use. Golf-course condo buildings have shared hallways and entries that collect grass clippings and dust. Property managers use us for rental turnovers, and HOAs book us for common areas on a recurring schedule. Restaurants and cafes in the shopping centers along Bernardo Center Drive also call us for after-close cleaning of dining-room carpet, booths and tile. Every job starts with a free walk-through and a written quote.

We have used Imperial Carpet Care service several times throughout the years and they did a great job this time as always. The communication was easy and the service team was very professional. They helped removed some pet and coffee stains that have been there for a couple of years too. Highly recommend and would definitely hire again!

They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. We had a smaller space so they only took about thirty minutes which was perfect for us because we had to get to work. We are pleased with the outcome.

We do. Office suites, conference rooms, training rooms and lobbies are cleaned in the evening or on weekends. Task chairs and lobby seating can be included. After a free walk-through you receive a written quote and can choose a one-time clean or a recurring plan.
Our solutions are eco-friendly, non-toxic and low-odor, followed by a zero-residue rinse, so nothing perfumed or sticky stays behind. Hot-water extraction removes dust and allergens from deep in the carpet rather than just the surface. Carpet usually dries in 3 to 6 hours.
Yes. Waiting rooms, hallways and staff areas are cleaned after hours, and waiting-room chairs can be included in the same visit. There is no chemical smell for patients the next morning. Many practices book us quarterly to keep patient areas consistently fresh.
