Yes. Offices, conference rooms, lobbies and break areas in the business park are a regular part of our Poway work. We clean evenings or weekends, include task chairs and lobby furniture on request and can set up a recurring schedule. Every job starts with a free walk-through and written quote.
Usually. Clay needs to be vacuumed dry first, then treated with a product designed for mineral soils before extraction. Fresh clay stains respond best. Old stains that have been scrubbed or treated with household products can be harder, and we tell you what to expect before we start.
We do. We clean waiting rooms, hallways, staff areas and upholstered seating, usually after the last appointment. Our products are non-toxic and rinse clean, so there is no strong smell for patients the next morning. Many practices keep us on a quarterly plan.
A small suite can be done in a couple of hours, while a multi-room office may take an evening or be split across two visits. Carpet generally dries in 3 to 6 hours, often less for low-pile commercial carpet. We give you a time estimate with the quote so you can plan around it.
