Coronado Shores and the other multi-unit buildings on the island are a big part of our Coronado work. That film holds sand and soil, which is why hallway carpet here grays faster than you would expect. We pre-treat to release the film, extract with hot water and rinse without residue. HOA boards often schedule us before the summer season and again in the fall, and we can clean lobby sofas and chairs in the same visit, working in sections so residents always have a clear path.
Orange Avenue is Coronado's main commercial street, lined with restaurants, cafes, galleries and shops. They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job.
