They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Our solutions are eco-friendly and non-toxic, and we do not rely on heavy fragrance to hide odors. We remove the source with enzymes and hot-water extraction, and we add a light deodorizer only if you ask. Removing the residue also removes some of the dust and dander that trigger allergies.
