They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Yes. We treat walls, floors, benches and corners where mildew collects, brushing it out of the grout pores and rinsing with hot water. Sealing afterward helps the grout dry faster so mildew takes longer to return. Replacing failed caulk around the tub also helps.
We do. We regularly serve single-story homes and condos throughout Rancho Bernardo. If your community has parking or access guidelines for service providers, let us know and we will follow them. Payment by cash, credit card, Venmo or Zelle is accepted.
We will tell you before we leave. Cleaned tile is usually dry and walkable shortly after we finish. If we seal the grout, we will give you a specific window to keep traffic off so the sealer can cure. We never leave without making sure you are comfortable walking on the floor.
