They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Yes. Before the visit we ask about parking, loading access and any elevator reservation rules so we can plan the equipment setup. If a hose run from the truck is not practical, we will discuss the options with you ahead of time rather than on the day.
