They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Yes. We clean kitchens, bathrooms, entries and balconies in condominiums throughout Coronado. Let us know about parking, loading and building rules when you book, and we will plan the visit around them. Pricing stays the same per square foot, and balconies are simply measured and included in the quote.
We do. Balcony tile collects salt film, sand and sometimes algae in shaded corners. We clean it with hot water and suitable chemistry for the tile type and can seal the grout to help it resist the next round of salt and moisture.
Yes, with care. We inspect older glaze and grout first, adjust pressure and focus on the grout lines rather than scrubbing the tile. If grout is cracked or missing, we will point it out before cleaning. Sealing clean, sound grout afterward helps protect vintage tile against island humidity.
