They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Yes. We assess each area separately and select the chemistry and pressure for marble, limestone, travertine, saltillo, slate or porcelain. That room-by-room plan is standard for Rancho Santa Fe estates, and we explain it to you or your house manager before we begin.
It depends on the cause. Soil and residue come off with cleaning. Dull spots caused by acidic spills are etching, which is damage to the polish itself, and cleaning cannot restore it. We will identify which is which during the walk-through.
We do. Loggias, terraces and pool decks are cleaned with stone-safe chemistry and hot-water rinsing, and they can be sealed afterward. Outdoor areas that are not connected to interior floors are priced at $1.15 per square foot. We rinse carefully to keep runoff away from landscaping.
Yes. Many estates prefer that scheduling, access and walk-throughs go through a house manager or property caretaker. We are happy to work that way and to confirm square footage and pricing in writing before the visit. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, Venmo or Zelle.
