They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Often, yes. We test the rug first, then use a wool-safe enzyme treatment with controlled moisture to break down the urine salts, followed by careful extraction. Very old accidents can leave permanent color change even when the odor is gone, and we will tell you that before starting.
