They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Yes. We handle common move-out stains such as pet accidents, drinks, food and grease, and flag permanent damage like bleach spots and burns before we start. Most carpet dries in 3 to 6 hours, but booking a few days before inspection is safest. Same-day or next-day visits are available when the schedule allows.
Rental machines often leave too much water and shampoo in the carpet. The water soaks into the backing and, as it dries, pulls the stain back to the surface. The leftover shampoo also attracts dirt. Our truck-mounted extraction pulls moisture back out and our zero-residue rinse leaves nothing behind.
Usually. Tanning oil and sunscreen are oil-based, so they need an oil-dissolving pre-treatment before a fabric-appropriate rinse. We check the fabric code first. Fresh stains often lift completely, while older buildup may leave a faint shadow. Sofas start at $129 if you want the whole piece cleaned.
No. Fading is color that has been bleached out by sunlight, not a stain that was added. Cleaning cannot put the color back, though it can remove any soil that makes the area look worse. We point out faded areas during the walk-through so you know what is and is not removable.
