They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. In most cases, yes. Musty odors usually come from moisture combined with body oils and residue in the fabric. We clean and rinse that residue out and can add deodorizing on request. Keeping the room aired out or running a dehumidifier afterward helps prevent the smell from coming back.
