They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Usually, yes. When a guest smokes indoors, the residue settles on carpet, upholstery and fabrics. We extract the carpet with a solution designed to cut that oily film and deodorize the furniture that absorbed the most. If smoke has reached walls or ceilings heavily, we will explain that part is beyond carpet cleaning.
