They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Most rentals can be cleaned in a couple of hours, and carpet usually dries in 3–6 hours. Booking a morning appointment gives the carpet time to dry before afternoon check-in. Professional carpet cleaning is often required at move-out and helps show that the carpet was cared for. We remove soil, treat pet spots and provide a receipt with the date and rooms cleaned. Pre-existing damage such as burns, tears or permanent dye stains cannot be undone, so we will point those out before starting.
