We use UV detection, which makes urine spots visible even on darker or patterned carpet. Once we find them, we pre-treat with enzymes before extraction. This matters in homes with dogs, because hidden spots can darken and spread over time if they are not treated.
Let them dry first, then vacuum. Wet mud smears deeper into the pile, while dry soil vacuums out more easily. Whatever remains can then be treated with the right spotter. We follow the same order during our visit: dry soil removal, targeted treatment, then extraction.
