Stain removal in San Marcos has two very different customers. Near Cal State San Marcos, student rentals turn over quickly and landlords need energy drinks, pizza grease, hair dye and party spills out of the carpet before the next lease starts. Up in San Elijo Hills, Discovery Hills and Old Creek Ranch, families want coffee, juice and pet stains handled on newer carpet and sectionals. Hair dye is one of the stains we are most careful to be honest about, as it can often be lightened but not always removed.

They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. We use dye-specific treatments and often lighten the stain significantly, but complete removal is not always possible, especially on light nylon or wool. We will test the spot and tell you what to expect before starting.
