Yes. We inspect every room with UV light for pet accidents, treat them with enzymes and extract all the carpet, including stairs and hallways. Smoke and food odors get extraction with solutions designed for oily residue. Book early if you are turning over units in late spring, when demand is highest.
UV light shows dried urine even when it is not visible or strongly noticeable. We scan the entire unit so you know exactly how many spots there are and where. That also gives you a clear picture before treatment, and we will tell you if any areas of pad are too saturated to save.
We do. Most calls there involve family pets and upstairs carpet or sofas where dogs rest. We find the accidents, treat them with enzymes and extract the carpet. Upholstery can be treated in the same visit after a fabric test.
Usually 3 to 6 hours. Warm, dry inland air helps carpet dry on the faster side, especially with windows open or air conditioning running. That makes same-day turnovers realistic in many cases, as long as we can get in early enough in the day.
