They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. We use UV light to find pet urine spots, even ones that are not visible, and treat them with enzymes before hot-water extraction. Most odors and spots improve significantly. If urine has soaked through to the pad over a long period, we will tell you whether the pad may need replacement.
