Dogs are a big part of life in Scripps Miramar Ranch and Stonebridge, and daily walks along trails and around Miramar Lake bring in dust, burrs and wet-coat oils. Favorite napping spots near windows and doors darken first. We check for urine with UV light, treat with enzymes where needed and pre-treat pet traffic areas before extraction. Our solutions are safe for pets once the carpet is dry.

They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Usually, yes. Those marks come from natural tannins in eucalyptus leaves and bark. We apply a pre-treatment made for tannin stains and then extract with hot water. Most marks lighten significantly or disappear. Very old marks on light carpet may leave a faint shadow, and we will tell you what to expect.
Yes. Our solutions are eco-friendly, non-toxic and safe for pets once the carpet is dry. We ask that dogs stay in another room or outside while we work and until the carpet is dry, usually 3–6 hours, so paws do not leave prints on damp carpet.
Yes. Stairs are cleaned by hand, tread and riser, including the corners where dust and pet hair gather. One set of stairs is $69. For two-story homes in Rancho Encantada or the Scripps Ranch Villages, stairs are usually the area that improves most.
About every six months. Dogs bring in dust, oils and debris daily, and eucalyptus litter adds to it. Regular professional cleaning keeps odors and traffic lanes from building up. In between, vacuum high-traffic rooms twice a week and wash pet bedding often.
