The tile itself is very durable, and the narrow joints mean less grout overall. The catch is that any darkening in those thin lines is very visible. Deep cleaning and sealing is quick on large-format floors and keeps the clean look much longer.
Yes. Small jobs like a single shower or bathroom are welcome. We measure the tile surface, clean the walls, floor and any bench, and can seal the grout. We will confirm the square footage and total before we start. Condo showers are one of the most common requests we receive in the golf communities.
