Yes. Mosaic floors have many more grout lines than modern tile, which is why they look so dark when dirty. We clean each joint with detail brushes and a controlled hot-water rinse, adjusting pressure for older grout. The results on vintage mosaics are often dramatic.
We will point it out before we begin and clean carefully around it. We do not regrout, so we will recommend having damaged joints repaired. Clean, sound grout can then be sealed to protect it. That way the sealer goes onto solid, clean grout and protects it properly.
We can clean entries, dining-area tile and restrooms for shops and restaurants downtown. Work can be scheduled before or after business hours, and pricing follows our standard per-square-foot rates. Recurring visits can keep high-traffic entries and restrooms presentable year-round, and free estimates are available for commercial work.
