They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Yes. We clean kitchen and bathroom floors, shower surrounds and entries so the tile is ready for inspection. Call as soon as you know your move-out date. Same-day or next-day service is sometimes available, and we accept cash, credit card, Venmo and Zelle.
We do. Restrooms and break rooms in offices, shops and light-industrial buildings are cleaned with the same hot-water process as homes. We can work after hours and set up a recurring schedule so floors stay clean between visits. Free estimates are available for commercial work.
We price by the square foot: $0.99 to clean and $1.10 to clean and seal. If the kitchen and bathroom are not connected, they are treated as separate areas at $1.15 per square foot. We measure and confirm the total before starting. Adding sealer is a good idea if you plan to stay.
We will do our best. Soil and soap come out very well. Stains from dye, rust or bleach may be permanent, and we will point those out during the walk-through so you can note them if needed. Any documentation you need is on your invoice.
