Yes, and move-in is the best time. We scan the empty rooms with UV light to locate old urine, treat each area with enzymes and extract all the carpet. If years of accidents have saturated the pad in a spot, we will tell you honestly whether that section should be replaced before you move furniture in.
We do. Big sectionals collect body oils, food and pet odor across many cushions. We check the fabric code, test for colorfastness and clean with a method matched to the material. Pet-related odors get enzyme treatment. A 3-piece sectional starts at $299 for cleaning, and odor treatment is quoted based on what we find.
