Old accidents that have soaked through to the pad may leave a mark, and we will be clear about that before we start.
Yes. We clean vacant units between tenants and can schedule turnovers as units open up. Managers with several properties in Miramar and nearby Mira Mesa can call us for each turnover or set up a recurring arrangement. For larger commercial spaces we also provide free on-site estimates.
