They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Yes. We ask about parking, stairs and elevator access when you book so we can plan the equipment setup. If a hose run is not practical, we discuss the options ahead of time. Most apartment visits for a sofa and a chair or two are quick.
Same-day or next-day appointments are often available, though moving season gets busy. Call 858-688-2246 as soon as you have your pack-out date and we will fit the cleaning in with enough drying time before the movers arrive. Evening pack-outs are easier if we clean in the morning.
Usually, yes. A used piece carries the previous owner's body oils, dust and sometimes pet dander. A professional cleaning removes those and freshens the fabric. We check the fabric code first and will tell you if anything, such as an old stain, is unlikely to come out.
