They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. We can treat the carpet and pad with enzymes and extraction, which removes most odors. If urine has soaked into the wood underneath over many years, the smell may persist until the pad section is replaced and the wood is treated. We inspect with UV light first and explain honestly what cleaning can and cannot fix.
