They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. In most cases, yes. We inspect the backing, seams and pad before cleaning and control the amount of water and agitation to avoid separation or shrinkage. If a carpet is too brittle or damaged to clean safely, we will say so before starting. Older carpet often looks noticeably better after a careful professional cleaning.
