East of Interstate 805, homes in Rancho del Rey and Sunbow are larger and newer, often two stories with carpet upstairs. The air is drier, and fine dust from open land and ongoing construction farther east finds its way into bedrooms and hallways. Traffic lanes form along stairs and hallways, and homes with dogs see spots near favorite resting places. We pre-treat traffic lanes, clean stairs by hand, check for urine with UV light and treat with enzymes before extraction.

A living–dining combination is $109, bedrooms start at $49 and a set of stairs is $69. We quote before we begin, accept cash, credit card, Venmo or Zelle, and schedule around your family’s routine, including Saturday appointments. Most homes are dry in 3–6 hours, faster on the drier east side and a little slower near the bay on humid winter days, so we time the visit to leave you the rest of the day to air things out.

They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. In west-side homes near the bay, humid air can keep older carpet and pad slightly damp, especially in rooms with little airflow. Soil and old detergent residue hold that moisture. Hot-water extraction with a zero-residue rinse removes both, and good ventilation afterward helps keep the smell from returning.
A living–dining room combination is $109. A standalone living room is $55, a large living room $69 and a dining room $49. Stairs are $69 per set and bedrooms start at $49. Heavy stain or pet work is quoted after inspection. We always confirm the total before starting.
Yes. We work Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday appointments are popular with families, so book a few days ahead when possible. Keep pets and young children in another room during cleaning and until the carpet is dry, usually 3–6 hours.
