Shared housing adds its own habits. When several adults live together, each bedroom has its own traffic pattern, desks on rolling chairs, and food eaten in rooms. Office chairs grind grit into one spot until it looks flattened and gray; we pre-treat those areas and recommend a chair mat afterward. Coffee and soda spills in bedrooms are common, and when they have been cleaned with a household spray, the leftover residue draws dirt back into the same spot. Our zero-residue rinse removes that film so spots do not reappear as quickly.
Outside, Mira Mesa sits on a dry mesa, and the dust from landscaped slopes and parking lots is constant. It blows in through open windows and slides under doors. Yes. We quote per room, bedrooms from $49 and hallways from $29, so it is easy to see who is paying for what. We accept cash, credit card, Venmo or Zelle, and can take more than one payment for the same visit. Just let us know when you book so we can organize the invoice.
Usually because residue from the cleaner stayed in the carpet and keeps attracting dirt, or because the spill soaked deeper than the surface and is wicking back up. Our hot-water extraction and zero-residue rinse remove the residue, and we dry the area properly. For deep spills, we treat and extract more thoroughly.
We pre-treat and extract those areas like any traffic lane, which removes the ground-in grit and often lifts the fibers somewhat. If the carpet is crushed or frayed from years of rolling casters, cleaning cannot fully restore it. A chair mat afterward is the best way to protect the spot.
A three-bedroom home with a hallway and living room usually takes a couple of hours, a little more with stairs or heavy pet treatment. Drying takes another 3–6 hours, often less on dry mesa afternoons. We confirm the rooms and total price before we start.
