They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Yes. We work with landlords and property managers during tenant turnovers, cleaning sofas, chairs and other upholstered pieces so furnished units are ready for the next occupant. We can coordinate access with you if the owner will not be on site.
In most cases, yes. Cooking odors cling to the oils that settle into fabric, so removing those oils removes much of the smell. We can add deodorizing on request. Strong odors that reached the cushion foam may need extra treatment, and we will tell you what to expect.
