They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Often, yes, if the timing allows a few hours for drying. Tell us your check-out and check-in times and the fabrics involved. Low-moisture methods dry faster, and we set up cushions for airflow before we leave. Same-day or next-day appointments are available when our schedule permits.
Sunscreen and tanning oils are oil-based, so we pre-treat them with a product made to break down body oils before the main cleaning and rinse. Fresh marks usually lift well. Older ones that have oxidized or picked up dye from clothing may lighten rather than disappear, and we will tell you which is likely.
We clean the sofa and can evaluate the sleeper mattress during the same visit. Mattress cleaning starts at $149 and must be evaluated first, since the goal is to treat surface stains and sweat marks while keeping moisture out of the core.
It depends on the fiber and label. Some cotton slipcovers wash well at home; linen and blends can shrink so they no longer fit. If the label is missing or unclear, we can test the fabric and clean it in place so the fit is not put at risk.
