Most microfiber is coded S or W/S, meaning water alone can leave a ring as it dries and pulls soil to the edge of the wet spot. We use a method matched to the fabric code and then brush the nap so the surface dries evenly. Existing rings from home cleaning attempts usually improve with professional cleaning.
Often, yes. Crayon is a wax and slime is a glue-and-dye mixture, so both need specific pre-treatment before the main cleaning. Results depend on the fabric and how long the material has been there. Colored slime can leave a dye stain, and we will tell you honestly if a mark may only lighten.
For households with young children and pets, we suggest every 6 months for the main family-room pieces. Guest-room or formal living-room furniture can usually wait closer to 12 months.
