Fabric-specific cleaning for sofas, sectionals, chairs, ottomans and mattresses — synthetic or natural fibers.
Upholstery cleaning in Mira Mesa often covers more than the living-room sofa. Many 1970s and 1980s tract homes and townhomes in Westview, Lopez Ridge and Walker Ranch are shared by families, roommates or relatives, and a lot of people are working from home. That means fabric office chairs, futons in spare rooms, loveseats in converted dens and a family sofa that almost never gets a day off. We clean each piece according to its fabric code with eco-friendly, kid- and pet-safe solutions. Mira Mesa is about 20 minutes from our Point Loma office, and we can clean several pieces across different rooms in one visit. Tell us which rooms and pieces you want cleaned, and we will give you a clear total up front.
Fabric desk chairs are some of the dirtiest upholstery in any house, and Mira Mesa has plenty of them near Sorrento Valley workplaces and in home offices. Eight hours a day of contact leaves a dark band of body oil on the seat front and armrests, plus crumbs and coffee drips from working lunches. Those chairs clean up well when the oils are pre-treated first. Futons and daybeds in spare rooms are similar: often used as guest beds, they collect sweat and dust that ordinary vacuuming does not reach.
Shared households also means shared kitchens. Cooking smells from busy family meals settle into nearby upholstery, especially in open-plan townhomes where the sofa sits a few feet from the stove. Removing the oils that carry those odors freshens the whole room. Mesa dust adds to the load; the open terrain around Mira Mesa Town Center sends fine grit indoors, and it grinds into textured fabrics with every sit.
Rentals are common here, and tenants often want furniture cleaned before a move-out inspection or when a new roommate arrives. We price each piece clearly so costs are easy to split: a loveseat is $99, a sofa $129, an accent chair $49 and ottomans start at $19. Most pieces are dry and usable the same day, and we can move quickly from room to room in one appointment.
We also see a lot of gaming chairs and fabric recliners in Mira Mesa dens. They collect the same body oils as office chairs, and a recliner is $75. Before we start, we check each fabric code and point out any stain that may only lighten, so everyone in the house knows what to expect.

We have used Imperial Carpet Care service several times throughout the years and they did a great job this time as always. The communication was easy and the service team was very professional. They helped removed some pet and coffee stains that have been there for a couple of years too. Highly recommend and would definitely hire again!

They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. We had a smaller space so they only took about thirty minutes which was perfect for us because we had to get to work. We are pleased with the outcome.

Yes. Home office chairs are quoted on site based on size and how much of the chair is upholstered; for reference, an accent chair is $49. We pre-treat the oily seat front and armrests before cleaning. For offices and businesses, we handle seating through our commercial service with a free estimate.
We can evaluate a futon on site. Thin futon mattresses behave differently from sofa cushions, so we check the fabric and fill before recommending a method. Standard mattress cleaning starts at $149 and must be evaluated first, since moisture needs to stay out of the core.
Of course. Every piece is priced individually, so it is easy to divide the total. We accept cash, credit card, Venmo or Zelle, and we are happy to provide a breakdown by item at the end of the visit, so each person knows exactly what their share covers.
If the furniture belongs to the landlord, cleaning it before inspection helps show it has been cared for. We remove body oils, food spots and pet hair, and point out any stains that may not come out so you can plan ahead. Book a few days before your inspection date.
