They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. Usually, yes. Salt rings form when salty water dries and leaves minerals behind. We dissolve and rinse the salt out with a method suited to the fabric code instead of spot scrubbing, which tends to spread the ring. Rings that also picked up dye from a swimsuit may lighten rather than vanish completely.
We start by removing hair and dander, then clean and rinse the fabric to remove the oils and bacteria behind the smell. If urine is involved, UV light shows where it is and an enzyme treatment breaks it down. Deodorizing is available on request, or we can skip fragrance.
Yes, with care. Linen can shrink or water-mark with too much moisture, so we test a hidden area and use controlled, low-moisture cleaning. Some cotton slipcovers wash well at home, but if the label is missing, cleaning in place avoids the risk of a cover that no longer fits.
