They did a very good job! First the woman on the phone Iris was very helpful and booked us for the very next morning. The workers were punctual and friendly and bilingual and did a great job. We let any mud dry completely, then remove as much dry soil as possible with vacuuming and brushing before adding moisture. After that we pre-treat the stained area and clean with a method suited to the fabric code. Clay-based soil can leave a tint on light fabrics, and we will tell you if a mark may only lighten.
Yes. Hair works its way deep into textured and woven fabrics, so we loosen it with a brush and upholstery vacuum before cleaning. Removing hair first also lets the cleaning solution reach the fibers. Regular vacuuming at home keeps it from building up again.
Cleaning cannot repair pulled threads or scratched fabric. What it can do is remove the oils and dirt that make scratched areas look worse. We will point out any existing damage before we begin so there are no surprises afterwards.
