Big households, hard-working floors and valley heat: those three things shape every odor removal job we do in El Cajon. Yes. Cooking odors come from grease and oil vapor that settles into carpet, upholstery and curtains, especially near the kitchen and dining areas. Hot-water extraction with a solution that breaks down oily residue removes much of it, and we deodorize the furniture that absorbed the most. Good ventilation while cooking helps keep it away.
We do, for both landlords and tenants. We inspect with UV light for pet accidents, treat each source with enzymes and extract every carpeted room so the unit is ready for the next tenant or the final walk-through. Let us know your deadline when you call and we will try to schedule around it.
Heat increases the release of odor from urine salts, body oils and food residue in carpet. El Cajon's valley heat makes this especially noticeable. The odor was there in cooler months too, just weaker. Removing the residue from the fibers and pad is what makes the difference.
