Yes. Old urine often does not show on the surface, but UV light reveals it. We treat each spot with an enzyme solution that digests the urine salts and extract the carpet so the residue is removed. If years of accidents have saturated the pad, we will tell you whether replacing that section is the better option.
Body oils, food, sweat and dust build up in carpet over time, especially in rooms used for sleeping, working and eating. That residue holds odor. Hot-water extraction with pre-treatment and a zero-residue rinse removes it. Regular professional cleaning every 6 to 12 months keeps it from building up again.
We do. Stairs in townhomes collect pet hair, oils and drips along the edges. We inspect them with UV light, treat any accident spots and extract each step. Cleaning one set of stairs is $69, and odor treatment is added based on what we find.
