Newer carpet hides stains well, so accidents from a puppy, kitten or toddler may not be visible even though urine reached the pad. Warm weather reactivates those spots. UV light shows where they are, and enzyme treatment followed by extraction removes the source before it causes lasting damage.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic solutions chosen to be safe for kids and pets, and a zero-residue rinse so nothing is left in the fibers. We ask that everyone stay off the carpet until it is dry, usually 3 to 6 hours.
Yes. Milk is a protein residue that sours quickly, especially in warm rooms. We treat it with an enzyme solution that breaks down proteins, then extract it with hot water. The sooner it is treated, the easier it is to remove completely.
We do. Smaller spaces with less ventilation can make odors concentrate faster. We inspect every carpeted area, treat the sources and extract the carpet. Tenants often book us before moving out, and owners book between tenants. Stairs and lofts are included in the inspection, since that is where many accidents happen.
