Yes. Performance fabrics repel surface spills, but odors from body oils, food and pets still reach the foam and backing. We test the fabric, use a compatible cleaning method and apply enzyme treatment where pets are involved. The result is a neutral smell rather than a fragrance covering the problem.
It should not. Rings usually come from residue left by home products or overwetting. We use controlled amounts of solution, extract thoroughly and finish with a zero-residue rinse, so nothing sticky remains to attract soil. If an old spot already has dye damage, we will tell you before we begin.
